Battery life & speed of charging? How easy & accurate is Navigation?
What is the cost of replacing Touchscreen-Digitiser? Complete Screen assembly?
Will the phone replace the Remotes of Fan, AC, TV, Set-top-box...

I'm a Redmi Note user since Redmi Note 4's era.. now bought this Note 12 Pro 5G.. they never gave me a single issue in all these 6 years.. my dad is using Realme 2 since 2018.. no issues in it too... So both brands are very good.. I would have considered Realme 10 pro plus if it had gorilla glass protection on the curved screen.
What? In all my relatives' and also mine MI or Redmi phones have shown large no. or problems that's why we never purchased redmi again.
I think flat display with flat design phone looks esthetically better, in my opinion. It is easier to get screen guard for flat display too and flat displays are much safer then curved display.
