Your cake looked yummy...in the south U.S.A we make sweet corn bread very similar to your cake, usually in a cast iron pan....love it hot with butter. Love love your videos..for those of us who can not or will not get the chance to experience such amazing scenery ..we have it all here through your videos...I can imagine waking to the sound of the running stream, sitting at the table with a hot cup of coffee and your yummy cake early morning....just breath taking...we don't need professional videos to experience such wonder....real life, real people like you is so much more...thanks again for sharing.
Cornbread like Mom used to make... and she too used a cast iron skillet...
slosh it with good butter and maple syrup and make a meal with it !!!

Hi Guys- another great video on your adventures. Please try use the dash cam ( I think) as it gives gps co-ordinates so I can look up exactly where in Canada you are. I love to them search the area to see what you guys get to see.
