A trick a I learned with twist outs, don't separate the hair when you remove the twist. Let humidity and moisture do it for you. The hair will swell up and gain its own volume naturally and begin to break into its own mini sections over time without you having to touch it and make it frizzy.
just put on a bonnet, and go to sleep, when u wake up if u want refresh a little with water ur hair, a little of mousse or gel, to avoid frizz, and there u have shiny and pretty curls!! (:

I would just put a cap on and spray with your choice of light oil and water . That’s just me tho
