I just use the Ciel card-lock comp instead. Obviously not a 6CE setup but it's not like it matters rn since lotto is tomorrow. Hoping for an MC that can do a 2/3T card-lock, I really don't like burning a slot just for Summer BB.
I use Ciel card-lock comp with 6CE by using Koyanskaya+Skadi Summer+BB Summer. For 2nd wave, she will do NPBA instead of NPBB to get enough refund for NPBB on 3rd wave.
Tried this comp for some reason Ciel isn't getting enough refund on wave 2 to have a full gauge by wave 3. Suzuka's 3rd skill is already maxed and so are Ibuki's.

You need Append 5 to double cast Ciel's S2 & S3 for this to work.

I mean, just double Koyanskaya is fine. I use those 2 in place of my own Koyanaskaya since I don't want to bond her if I can help it.
