@@cool_guy_1.e4071 1 its a level in the dlc they could breathe in there 2 same answer dude 3 astreaus is a god like creature more powerful than the devil and every boss in the game combined in lore astreaus gains more power from the stars hence his name so he can easily out power cuphead and mugman, also in the creepypasta in the game he could mess with the games code so he can literally just disable cuphead's powers if he wanted to

im not sure if it works with fl 21 but i made it in fl 24 you can try opening it in fl 21 and when it says that the flp used a newer version of fl try clicking yes because sometimes it works
