I agree with the others, and it bears repeating... I can make a lot things, however your level of craftsmanship, along with the quality of your finishing, puts you in a whole different ballpark.
What is the point of screw cutting up to the head of the adjustable stops when there is only a short thread in the flip over pieces. A better design would be to lengthen the flip over pieces tapped as far as the pivot hole giving more adjustment length with those screws. Other than that observation, it’s a good design.
Good work. We shared this video (and part 1) on our homemade tools forum this week 😎
Your videos do a far better job of educating than any shop teacher I had. Thank You.

Steve - thanks for the comment! Awesome comments like yours are the most motivating thing about making videos.
Another work of art.
Next up - a wear/register plate for the carriage. The screw heads over time _might_ cause the paint to crack and chip.
Incredible work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.
Amazing job and extremely well narrated! Please keep up the great work!

I'm surprised that you didn't build it to except a dial indicator also. But that is a very nice carriage stop and very Good craftsmanship.
Fantastic work. I'd be very interested in seeing a vid on making the vise stop. That thing is very nice.
Thank you! Should have a video about it out in the next week or so
Very very good
Another work of art!
Thanks Scott!
Really nice work, great lookin tool
Thanks!
Did you create a tapping machine out of an arbor press?
Out of an old drill press yep
Nice!
Thanks!
Is this supposed to allow you to stop the carriage by letting it hit the stop & have the clutch slip?
No. It is meant to be a stop when manually feeding the carriage
Why did someone dislike this, I'm puzzled, can only assume it was done by error
