Aww my dear.. I may be younger by a very big difference but I understand what your going through. When my parents got separated, it was hard at first for both of them. But eventually they both found people who love them better than they did to each other. For me and my brother being only 7 and 3, it was a little confusing. I had to go to therapy and get on meds for years after that. But your so much stronger than my family! Your Karuna Satori! You’ve got this momma. And you’ve got millions of fans that love and support you no matter what. 💞

Hi Karuna, I'm so sorry to hear about your separation. My parents just got a divorce on 19th January after 34 years of marriage, but honestly I wish they got it sooner, when I was a kid. The toxic, full of hatred and heavy atmosphere I had to go through wasn't worth it... I'm still suffering from it as an adult. you both made the right choice. You got this ! You're strong, sweet and have a family to support you !

This has come at a perfect time. I’m about to go through an endometriosis lesion and ovarian cyst removal surgery. I’m going to return to this again and again because I know this is going to help me a lot during recovery.

I’m sorry to hear about your separation. I might not understand what your going through. But I am going through a tough time as well. My mom was diagnosed with breast cancer a few days ago, and I haven’t been able to sleep good at all, my anxiety has been through the roof, just worrying about my mom, and wondering how we’re gonna be able to pick up the pieces.. it’s 4:24 am, and my hours are completely messed up now. I pray for your healing, and I hope your ok.. I’ve been praying every day, just hoping everything will be ok, losing a parent is like my number one fear.. I remember running down the stairs as a child after having a nightmares and running to my mom and saying “mom you disappeared” she told me she wasn’t going nowhere, to this day I still have nightmares about that sometimes. About my mom and dad disappearing on me. I start therapy on the 25th, I’m hoping they can give me something to help me relax just a little, cause even work is becoming nearly impossible with my anxiety..

i get panic attacks frequently but not to the point of needing to be hospitalised, but i know what you're going through so hope you get better

I have had many tests & procedures over the years, & you are by far the best Dr I've ever had!
In 2020 I left my husband who I thought was going to be the live of my life forever. Both unfortunately and fortunately, he was not. Being in love is never enough, relationships take so much work and compromise. And sometimes people don’t make great teams. And that’s okay. I looked at my relationship and realized that I didn’t want my son to grow up and thinking that that was what love looked like. Yes, it’s really scary and at first it’s terrible, but it’s nice to feel free and it’s okay to start over again. I have mental illness and my ex never helped me, only called me crazy. My boyfriend takes care of me and makes me say affirmations with him. Life goes on and it’s still beautiful. It’s okay to end things so you can love yourself. Take care. i have had a big lack of sleep and i felt miserable until i started using asmr to sleep again. i find that i get overwhelming thoughts of stuff i'll not mention when i don't watch asmr to sleep. i originally stopped because at first i felt as though i was staying up longer when i did it but i have a better perspective and i'm glad to be watching one of your videos again
