Gandalf of the Secret Fire with the new Dr. Who cards is super fun to play! Also built Henry Wu, and I think it's easily the most undervalued new commander. Fun to build, great consistency, access to common golgari combos with Chatterfang and Pitiless Plunderer.
Hidetsugu and Kairi quite unassuming with a Brainstorm ETB and the Die trigger allowing you to cast an instant or sorcery for free causing an opponent to lose equal to casting cost which can allow silly reanimation loops and other combos :P
Okinec is actually my Hydra commander, it basically doubles the power of all my hydras every time it attacks. This with Zopendrel and Unnatural Growth on the field literally turns most of my hydras into 60/60s.
I saw how few decks Moira and Teshar had a few weeks ago and tried building one myself. The commander is very powerful but I couldn't find a version that was consistent. The deck just has too many parts. You need cards worth reanimating, cards that get your reanimation targets into your graveyard, a large density of historic cards, and blink cards if you go that route. Although some cards fill multiple roles, it just wasn't enough. And, this is on top of the deck doing nothing without Moira and Teshar being out. If you could figure out a version that works that would be great, but I wasn't able to.
Glad to see Zurgo and Ojutai on this list. I use them in my what I affectionately call my Seto Kaiba deck and it's easily one of my favorite decks and a lot of people love seeing it at my locals!
I have a Moira and Teshar deck in build atm, and was thrilled to see it here; they're definitely underrated.

That sounds like a nightmare to deal with! (As in your opponents)

I made Elenda and Azor recently and it’s absolutely nuts. Waaaay too easy in a game of casual commander to take over the game

Teshar and Moira are kinda busted. You need stuff like Abdel Adrian or other blink stuff. But still. I do wanna see it’s limits now.
