Took some lessons with Will around 2000 or 2001 in Washington NC at Chuck Fraziers place. His down to earth enthusiasm, skill and positive attitude is still with me today inspiring me to shoot and learn more.

You guys are such good spokesman for Krieghoff and spot with everything. Been shooting my K80 for a long time and fortunately live within a short drive to KI great service all around and can't say enough about Jeanine! Just had Mike do a custom stock for me absolutely perfect!

The service was better in 2001, back then you could get a annual service back in 10 days, Now it's 60 days.
I'm sure with the growth of the sport across all clay target disciplines demand has increased across the board for service... which is a good thing of course. I'm sure there is a better time than most to schedule annuals, trying to avoid when everyone else does them in the Off season or not right before the season begins. Never a good amount of time to be away from your K Gun though right? Would always rather be shooting than anything else.
If it wasn't for Elmar in parts, they would be in big trouble, Elmar always answers his phone. No voice mail, like the service line.
