Having 4 daughters you'd think I'd know how to make a bow. Well, I don't! I love the instructions here, though some of it goes a bit fast for my brain. The only caution I would give is to not use a wide, thick burlap type of ribbon. It makes it really difficult, though the simple bow works pretty well. I will definitely try again with thinner ribbon the next time!

You can change the TH-cam settings to change the Playback speed to go slower or faster.

Bless you for posting this! I’ve been trying to make a wreath bow holding one long piece of ribbon and adding layers of loops but cannot hold them tightly to complete the bow. These are so much easier!

Thank you for this tutorial! It was my first time making a bow and this was so easy to follow! I was able to use the second type of bow and added another 16" to put on our school PTO donation jar. I used blue and silvery ribbon which are the school colors! So excited to display it!
