He was my GTO in ISSB Gujranwala. He was Lethal and Soft both at the same time. He frequently used the words like ‘ Mera Bacha’ and ‘Baby’. He made me confused many times in Group Discussion and Command Task. He made me stand in the rain for two hours before my turn came for Command Task. But at the End Recommended me so no regrets after all.
The girls, except for Sajal and Syra, are all clearly overweight and unfit and wouldn't even make the school NCC cadet training.....The background music is annoyingly loud and actually funny when you look at the scene

My GTO in issb was of very good personlity long height, flying officer i I think so rayban sunglasses what a swag and he ignored every foul during command task and he given me extra 1 minute in individual obstacles
Lmao exactly, they told us even long steps count as jumps. And these girls were literally jumping, and sitting on that out of bound area the entire time. The GTO would have pointed it out and they'd have had to redo it irl.
The ISSB test hovers around operational dynamics mostly. The 9th strongest Army in the world should realize that all global powers including armies and even conglomerates nowadays are highly strategic in nature, and so is going the nature of problems/wars that will rise/fought in the future, so get out of operational/administrative mindset, stay in the management zone and move towards strategic planning!
