One of the FINEST Bluegrass bands I have ever heard! Proof positive that you don't have to be from the South to play bluegrass.

I heard this Band for the first time today. They were playing CCR “Long as I can see the light” from the first bar and on, all I heard was pure God given talent. I don’t even know if I was breathing half the time I was in such🙄 awe of your playing, vocals and harmony. While I’m here,
Does anyone here know of the guys that sang Blue Grass, and their Band included a couple Red Bones that probably in the chorus, would come in at the same place each time with their howls. My Son was younger then but as he told me about these Dogs lending their talent to song, it started him laughing so hard.
It was this Blue Grass video here that brought the memory of the Red Bones back. These guys are truly professional, I’m a Subscriber 💐🌻

Love how at 3:56 the mandolin player steals the banjo player's fill (that lick is a standard banjo rhythm fill a la Scruggs or JD Crowe). That's why he laughs.

These guys failed to play a wrong note! Hehe and whoever put the mic up got Charles, George, Gabe, Patrick and Maddie in balance. All are spot on! Her mandolin is an extra fav bite. Well, I sold my banjo because Gabe was in my future (I couldn't cope with a high string below). Etc etc

I take back what I said, I was being ignorant and acted stupid. That banjo player fucking rocks.

The guy playing the Martin vaguely resembles Paul Walker from a distance.

  • @aidanscovers

Honestly I have always thought blue grass songs sound the same. Excellent Tallent though.

Bluegrass is such a group effort and you need to have your timing down 100%. SRV or no other famous blues guitarist from the rock world can play a martin like a good average man flat picker. Maybe jerry garcia could.
