HA is great in progs and in situations where you might die, as when you are on i-level and still getting used to a raid. Currently, I am not using HA because I am overgeared and I know the current raids well enough. I will def use it on new raid progs and when there is risk of dying, but otherwise it can be replaced for another engraving that provides more value
I am not really sure how is this overgeared version valid to our, it is nice to have commentary video, but for example in West is for majority of groups crucial to give buffs mainly during wings break more than head, because often groups simply do not have enough damage on wings if they do not go all in, so there is no head if you do not buff. Same with other things, like mentioned blackhole mech which experienced group which go from phase to phase do not even see, but for West it is part of basically every kill at this point.
I kinda recommend supps save awakening for black hole mech during prog. That mech has a ton of AoE damage going out, and lots of people will die if you don't usually.
Have to eitheer use awakening instantly, or, be careful when you do it, you get either sucked out or pushed out mid awakening if you're a Bard, (not sure about other classes).
Koreans are just playing suboptimal builds for no reason, they don't have dps meter so most of the time they don't realize how bad whatever they're doing is.
@wineblue what do you usually do for black hole mech? It is kinda hard to awakening during that pattern because I get pushed on the side or pulled in the middle (the yellow orb). My party members told me to save awakening during that stuff. Thanks!
If you have awakening available for that pattern, you can use it at the as soon as the pattern starts and then spacebar to safety. It makes sense to save awakening for the dangerous mechs during prog and learning, but, of course, that is not how you will be using awakenings once the runs become more experienced. Your party members should study footage of the blackhole pattern and know how to dodge. Basically, the electricity keeps exploding at the same spots, and the waves come in alternating fashion. This means that if one wave has passed, then that spot will be safe in the time being. After the second wave passes, you move to that spot. You keep alternating like that and then avoid the red circle explosions at the end. Even if you get hit by the initial wave (because this one can be difficult to spot), you can use recovery and dodge the remaining waves. As a support, you can try to provide protection to your partymates as long as you do not put yourself at risk. Also, remember, crisis evasion is your best friend.
