Clever transfer idea! What are those strips called at the hardware store?
Really smart way to create the right dimensions. I couldn't help but wonder if you maybe could make some money selling those templates for other Express buildouts? The fruits of your labor sold to other people who have to deal with the varying cut outs, angles and slopes. Just a thought. Curious what adhesive you used? Any off gassing? Thanks for sharing such a smart way to do this with a Chevy. Of all the vans available for us in the states, I feel, though it's not a high top, the Express has the most dependable and longest lasting engine. I wish Chevy would make this Express Cargo Van available in a high top.
