You pass way too much oxygen to pump. It should not create air bubbles. More air you push to pump less you have in water. Because those raising up bubbles actually absorb air in water on the way up and make oxygen concentration less.

The size of the bubbles matters. When they are smaller than 100um, they are micro bubbles, and 100nm nano bubbles, and they don’t behave the same as larger bubbles. Water can be saturated with smaller bubbles and keep elevated DO levels for longer periods. Micro bubbles can be hours, nano can be over a day.
