Honestly, just seeing Ben this cheerful after the depression and rehab makes me feel happy for him. It is invaluable to have a friend like Matt who stood by you all these years despite everything and I'm sure there's so much more strugglings that the media didn't show, and these two people are real friends who genuinely supported each other
I love Vermeer. I wish I could see this exhibit but alas… I WAS lucky enough to visit the Rijksmuseum once and was absolutely taken with his work and have been ever since. Thank you for your segment about him.
There is no denying these 2 Actors have brought a fresh new take on their box office hit films. And they look happy. Well-deserved! I think they are really Special people not just movie wise-more than likely just very Kindhearted persinally on the inside. I kept thinking, yeah, but where's Casey? He has done some BRILLIANT work 🏆🏆🏆🏆 like Daniel Day Lewis Kind of good....and even his one liners in GWH are fabulous. I wish Casey was at least mentioned. Anyway, is anyone going to mention how and why Nike first came about? Before The greatest Michael "Air" Jordan? 1mile runner from Oregon named Steve Prefontaine was the Reason for the Nike shoe. He broke the 4minute record for the Mile. Then tragically Prefontaine died in an auto accident. Whenever I was running -back in the day-I always had Steve Prefontaine in my mind: "I am going to try to work it out so it comes down to a pure guts race. And if it is-I am the only one who can win"-- Ben Affleck knows how to make great films as a Director. And so does Casey. Both have the rare ability to step back and see the whole scene-- what they want and then to make it actually happen. That is not easy! Although tbh The Bourne series grows a bit tedious and reminds me mostly of Run Lola Run-in the fact that once it starts Damon literally never stops moving. The Soldier film he did Green something? also very well done. Its a very smart action formula just not for me. Damon has a crazy good comedic presence as shown in MARS That was serious Oscar performance🏆. Easily should have won for that. Stillwater-Outstanding 🏆 ANY Movie that Matt or Ben or Casey chooses to do at this point....will without a doubt be something special 💝🏆😎 ~
@Ben Affleck ~ Mr. Affleck, Many Thanks for your kind acknowledgment ☀️ So very much appreciated. I only began to follow your news and updates after your lovely nuptials last year to your lovely and talented wife 🌺 I was moved by your interview with Ms. Diane Sawyer, which I watched on TH-cam, in regards to your film ‘The Way Back’ which I have yet to see. When she asked you where you wanted to be in five years, it seems as if you have improved upon that prediction with a few years to spare 🍀 Be Ever Blessed Sir, I am so very proud and grateful for Artists such as yourself ☯️
@Ben Affleck ~ Mr. Affleck, No Thank You 🍀. I appreciate all that you do and have done for your Industry and Society as a whole 🥇 It seems as if your new business model has definitely delivered 🎥 Peace Blessings ☯️
@Ben Affleck ~ Mr. Affleck ~ btw ~ I’ve been to Puerto Rico 🇵🇷 and was fortunate to have been treated like Family there by a mutual acquaintance whose parents were from both the Island and Spain 🇪🇸. I was moved by her Father’s recounting how he built their modest home with his bare hands and irrigated it so that they would always have a place to live. We toured the Island and were treated with respect by all that we met. After being treated to caroling, historic sites and sounds, and a visit to the now disassembled radio-telescope that was Arecibo , it is easy to see why movie 🎥 magic made its way there. It did seem as if the heart beat of the Universe sent some warmth there 🌈🦋☯️
@Ben Affleck ~ Mr. Affleck ~ If I might suggest two ways that may benefit engagement with fans online and in person ~ People admire your path to success and there are quite a few nuggets there ~ Why not write ✍️ a book 📖 about it and then host signings? Mr. Kevin Smith says that you are a great writer 🎉 Second, your were a hit on the 106 Los Angeles ‘Brown Bag Mornings’ show 🌝 You might want adapt this format to chat with fans ~ I liked the setting, both in studio and for yourself. You seem to shine when you are talking to folks who get you and want to know more about interests rather than just talking movies 🍿. So perhaps your own podcast? Finally, suggesting conversations that can’t be seen online by an Audience is suspect, and for your own safety from the suspicion and melodrama that seems to be its own morass, it might not be a good fit for you 🎢. I noticed that you respond to posts , but folks are silent, as they might not know how to respond to a famous person ⚜️😮 You are great one-on-one, so maybe do some zoom sessions and chat where folks know that it’s really you 🧚♀️ Blessings ☯️
i haven't found that money has changed any happiness that I had....says Affleck. He has forgotten what it is like to not have any. But it does seem that he is still chasing happiness.
Ben was a child actor, and he went to Cambridge Rindge and Latin. Neither he nor Matt grew up dirt poor. He and Matt struggled when they moved out to LA to make it on their own, but that was just paying dues. And they found work and got Oscars pretty soon. So Ben knows what he's talking about.
Omg Yessssss. Ben is always very hyper on interviews and Matt Damon is calm and Ben always cuts him off. You seem to be the only one that notices that everybody else is so stupid. Ben is always very hyper and nerve-wracking on interviews. Matt more confident and cool love Matt Damon and a better actor than Ben
To Catherine whit all respect on your opinion On a great fantastic and unic friendship like Ben and Matt friendship Ned to be one talking and one not to much talking In order to create the best fantastic friendship they have
This was fun, but I can't handle what you did with the AI green screen. Ben's arm is going through Matt's body, and it is just to much to watch. Why did the algorithm put them so close? Not even normal close in this day and age....
Wait, this interview is in front of a bar .... and Ben is an alcoholic in recovery .. whose smart decision was that ? unless that's just a movie set? LOL..
Her name is Jennifer Garner, not Gardner. You don't even know how to spell that woman's name but you know for a fact that he had a good life with her. Sure! How? Where you there? He literally has been on the record that they had a marriage that didn't work, that it wasn't the model they wanted for their kids to see of a marriage, even after multiple tries to save it. They stayed separated for 5 years before they officially divorced. And he was clinically depressed throughout it too. How is that a pretty good life? Who decides that, you? Who tf are you or anyone else to gaslight someone's feelings and experience of their own marriage? If a stranger dictated your own experience of your own life, how would you feel? And he didn't throw a damn thing away. Getting a divorce doesn't mean throwing your life away. It's a legal and human right. He has shared custody of his children, he gets 50/50 time with them and seems like a wonderfully present father and is now happily married. Of course, you don't use this double standard BS judgement about Garner who was already married and divorced once before marrying Ben and has had other relationships that failed too. Ben isn't the only man on earth who couldn't make it with your idol. She even has broken up 3 times with her current bf too. Has she thrown her life away twice/multiple times by that logic? Or are you just projecting your own misery? So ignorant.

I am aware of all that
@@jv-ep2tc so what's your point? Cuz me stupid, and point went over me head. Captain Cave Maaaaaaan!!!!!!!!
@@traceythompson1092 yes you is
@@jv-ep2tc finally my whole life makes sense. Thanks so much for clarifying and pointing out my "stupidity" for me. May the gods "bless" you.
They should do a Laurel and Hardy movie!!
Matty looking fine.
How about them apples!
👍🍀
I bet you Jimmy Kimmel hit the dislike button. 😂
So why is it going around that Matt and Ben didn’t write Good Will Hunting? That a ghost writer wrote it?
Can we agree that Matt is calm and collected but Ben it’s so hyper like he is on something!?😵💫
Mr. Affleck looks like a regular guy. I don't think he looks hyper at all. He looks pretty darn good in my opinion.
Ben is only like that when he’s comfortable.
Omg Yessssss. Ben is always very hyper on interviews and Matt Damon is calm and Ben always cuts him off. You seem to be the only one that notices that everybody else is so stupid. I’ve always like Matt Damon. Ben is fine until he opens his mouth.
To Catherine whit all respect on your opinion
On a great fantastic and unic friendship like Ben and Matt friendship
Ned to be one talking and one not to much talking
In order to create the best fantastic friendship they have
Ben is a better director than actor. His brother is a fantastic actor though.

This comment section is so cursed
Who is Ben trying to convince? hmmmmmmmmm
Wait, this interview is in front of a bar .... and Ben is an alcoholic in recovery .. whose smart decision was that ? unless that's just a movie set? LOL..
Hilarious 😂
Jeez that movie dislikeable.
Ben affleck had a pretty good life with Jennifer Gardner but affleck threw it away he is a very sad human being being!

Stop projecting
Did You live with them those 10 years to know he has a good life or was happy? Lol
What a gay Matt Damon is. I dont like him.
Been always very chatty way too hyper during interviews. He needs to be more chill like Matt Damon
