You could use the wine rack for placing wool or fabric bundles instead of wine. Just an idea.

In the U. S. we would call that last piece of fabric a bed spread. I have seen people use the wine rack in bathrooms to hold towels.

It's a bedspread from about the 60s. We all had them back in the day.
Also the gingham table cloth with the cross stitch - that was popular about the same time. I have 2 aprons that I made from gingham and added rickrack, and then embroidered with cross stitch. Also a small table cloth. My grandmother did a lot of this type of thing. I'm 73 now so I was in my teens when I made them.

Hi , Janelle, i love your thrift today. I've also hear and see some dutch words. I hear you say OMA, who collect the spoons, i also saw the word SCHEEPJESWOL, is dutch too. The big blancket, what i love too, we call it a SPREI (in dutch), this put you on your bedding so everything is covert and look nice if you come into your bedroom. I can't wait what it become if you finish your project of the blancket.
Greeting from the Netherlands, Desiree ❤

In the US we call those "bed spreads". They really are kind of old fashioned and not used too often anymore. I think your idea of making it into a puffer jacket is brilliant! My favorite item is that gingham table cloth, that that bed spread is a close second. Happy sewing!

The configuration of the lamp shade, with the hole in the top, looks like one that would cover the bulb, hanging down from a corded unit swaged across the ceiling, and down the wall to plug in the socket. Think Ikea but the shade would give it great class. You could def cover the cord to elevate it to the look of the shade. I hope I haven't confused more than helped!
