Thanks for all these videos, I'm slowly making my way through them all. I just joined a small (17 man) volunteer FD, and am very thankful to be able to give back to the place I've benefited from so much in my life. Plus, I'm following in my father's footsteps as a second generation volunteer firefighter. The webbing I have in my gear for dragging victims, hauling hose, etc. is the same webbing my father carried back in the 90s and early 2000s. (I'm only using it for drags, not for load bearing life-safety purposes)
All techniques that will never be accomplished effectively in a fire/smoke condition….not to mention the last drag in which the victims head bounces off the floor for the whole drag. No need to drag like this. Many better methods out there

Correct, there certainly is. It's like they are trying to re invent the wheel.
How is the head bouncing if you’re dragging them? I agree that the webbing is unnecessary but a feet first drag is pretty common.
