    If you can keep it up for 2 months straight, everyday, you´ll see that things really get easier after and you´ll make steps very easy. I started in 2020, had an average of 10300 in 2020, which is really good. Its one year... I am back on track now, since June I made around 13000 per day. Goal is to keep going, even in winter time. When you stop for 2-3 weeks, it is very hard to motivate yourself again. One can easily fall into going back to the couch every evening and say "tomorrow". Thats why... never stop. There´s no goal, no mountain to climb, no end goal. There´s just the process. The good things come with the process. Good luck! Keep it up!

      @@JimMakosCom I was a bit overweight and I realized, I have to change diet and have to move. We all aren´t moving enough nowadays, but most of us don´t realize it. So I started, aiming for the 10000 steps everyday. I did that as I said in 2020. Later on I changed my strategy, which I still have today. There´s one rule for every day: Steps have to be at least 6000. Thats the minimum for every day. That means for bad days, lazy days... There have to be 6000. On the other end, there´s no limit. I often walk more than 20000 4-5 days in a row. 12000, 11000, 8500, doesn´t matter. At the end of the day, minimum is 6000. The monthly goal is to have 10000 on average. If theres a month with 8000 or 9000 on average, fine. Last two months I had 14000 on average each day. Really good. I classify my steps as follows: 6000 - Minimum. 6000-8000 good steps. 8000-10000 super good steps. Above 10000 excellent steps. I learned that when chasing the 10000 every day, there´s pressure, escpecially in winter times! That´s why I came up with the idea of the 6000 as a minimum. I rarely only walk 6000 a day. But it is good for the brain to know, that 6000 sometimes are enough. That helps in the whole process. When you walk 6000 half a month, and the other half 10000 each day, you have on average 8000, which are super good steps... 😉That´s my strategy and I want to stick to it forever. Good diet, movement, everything fine. I started in 2020 with 89kg. In 6 month I was at 72kg, just with the steps each day and a better diet. Got to 68kg later on (I am 172cm) which is the absolute perfect weight for me. I didn´t run one minute!! Not one. Only fast walking and a better diet. Hope that helps. As a consequence I opened this TH-cam channel... and guess what... I am walking in the videos. 😊
