Raging pendulum was way too overpowered tbf, I used to abuse the skill so much since it was always a turn a raging dragon lmao. It's still a good skill tho, just not as consistent as it was before.
even so, the new odd-eyes rebellion dragon overlord makes it a little easier to make use of his older twin brother odd-eyes rebellion dragon's xyz summon effect since you can Sudo rank up xyz evolution into it using any rebellion xyz monster and utilizing xiangke's pendulum effect and the same can be said in reverse if rebellion dragon overlord was xyz summoned using any rank 7 xyz monster. The best part is that both of the rebellion dragons can piggy back off of each other to make full use of their effects where the only difference is that xiangke is necessary for og rebellion dragon's effect but og rebellion dragon can use any 2 level 7 dragon monsters and be xyz fodder for rebellion dragon overlord since og rebellion dragon is still a rebellion dragon monster allowing you to utilize rebellion dragon overlord's effect basically for free.
