Ah, watch the weights & measures & how the Public, is not aware of the subtleties of the weights & measures, that is pulled off on them.... What was once a Liter, or a Kg. is now much less, in so many products,, but we still pay the same money, AS IF IT WAS.... Well, one awaits the Day, when they tell us, a POUND OF BUTTER IS NO LONGER A POUND !! -- That will sure whiddle off all the great Chefs, not to mention, all Cookbooks & their Authors, plus Grandmothers, Family Recipes.. Oh, oh,,, Now, damn sam, how the heck ?? do, I, make this cookie recipe, without having to buy another Pound of Butter...lol,, but seriously ,, watch the changes , that have been happening to all of us, in the weights & measures...
