Yeah, but in my opinion, I hate the key frame effects. I just liked him with his commentary and stuff, not editing. And I never wanted good editing, he doesn’t need it. It’s overdoing a bit probably.
Edit - I forgot he has a editor, I’m pretty sure.

As someone that's worked on that plane, I can assure you the winglets go through a very robust safety testing campaign to ensure it's not a failure point. Will be a really awesome plane once it's available to the public.
I also assume that the plane has no problem flying without the tips? Sure, not as efficient, but just from looking at it I doubt that makes the difference between being able to fly or not.
777X is like the big brother of the 777s

It was such a cool plane to see land at Boeing field here in Seattle, but damn it is so loud!
However, it was crazy to think about how things that size can fly, just that in all that airplanes can even fly! In conclusion, I think that Boeing did an awesome job on the Boeing 777X program and really did create a peace of art. Cant wait to fly on it when the plane is done with testing and finally enters the busy skies!

I saw one while I was walking with a friend once. Strangest thing about it and what made me check Flightradar24 was that it was completely white. Some different Boeing house livery. They’re strangely large.

The thing is, the exterior 3D model is different from the flight model. So basically what you see is not what you're actually flying. In this case I doubt the flightmodel actually has simulated the possibility of putting the wingtips up.

Boeing is now targeting late 2024 for certification of the Boeing 777X, with deliveries expected to start in early 2025. This is “based on an updated assessment of the time required to meet certification requirements.” At this point that's the best case scenario, it sounds like, so who knows how much worse it will get.
