I would love to know how to ensure the print size is correct, the standard DL settings on the printer preferences are a few ml larger than my envelopes so its printing off set.
I’ve followed these instructions over and over again. I keep getting an error message. It seems it’s not reading the envelope is loaded. I’m just doing one envelope in the bypass tray. Can you help please
When I load the envelope in the bypass tray, the lever will clasp down on the envelope indicating that it has acknowledge the envelope and ready to grab it. Once I select print, the clasp will release and a regular sheet of paper is printed instead of the envelope.

Can the imageclass handle 81lb thickness?
The problem I have so far with the bypass tray is that if it is a windowed envelope, the window crunches up and makes the envelope distorted.
