I grew up in a Christian way of living. But this past few months, I strayed and went on different path. I stopped going to church and I stopped praying. I realized that without God, life is empty. He was my anchor and He was my source of hope and everything I believe in. I tried clinging for other things. I tried clinging unto my men, but they just used me. I tried clinging unto money, but now I'm penniless. I tried looking for worldly things, and now I'm left to nothing. Now, I'm on my way back to Him. He is the only permanent in this world. He is the only source of hope. He is the only one who loves me unconditionally and eternally. He is always good. He is always my everything.

I moved from Ghana to the USA. While in Ghana, I went to church every Sunday. It was a 20 minute walk to the bus station and a 10 minute drive to the next stop where I have to walk about 10- 15 minutes to get to church. I did this every Sunday. Not because I had to go to church but because every Sunday I learned something new in the Bible that I could utilize in my life. Now that I am in the USA. I haven't been to church here and I've been here for 7 years. Sometimes I just feel like it wont be the same as the church I'm used to back in Ghana. But what I do everyday now is read the Bible and watch sermons every Sunday. I almost shifted away from the Word of God. But recent things in my life has made me realize in all situations, thick or thin, in light or in the dark I always have to give Thanks to the Lord! And reading the Bible everyday has better not only my day but my knowledge on how to use the Word of God to my lifestyle. And for that I and very grateful. Thank you Lord for all things in my life, whether good or bad. I Thank you!

I grew up in a Christian way of living. But this past few months, I strayed and went on different path. I stopped going to church and I stopped praying. I realized that without God, life is empty. If you do not mind me sharing; the Sabbath was "sanctified" or "קָדַשׁ" which means to 'set apart for holy use' Gen 2:3 "And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it..." (KJV), and thus Adam and Eve kept it holy. Sin is actually defined as transgressing or breaking any of the 10 commandments as per 1 Jo 3:4 "..sin is the transgression of the law." (KJV). So, when Satan sinned, he actually broke the 10 commandments for indeed angels also have to keep them in heaven Psa 103:20 "Bless the LORD, ye his angels, that excel in strength, that do his commandments..."(KJV). Infact, the saints, described as those that "..keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus." (Rev 14:12, KJV) will keep the 10 Commandments in the new heavens and the new earth including keeping the Sabbath holy by e.g gathering to worship the LORD as per:

I moved from Ghana to the USA. While in Ghana, I went to church every Sunday. It was a 20 minute walk to the bus station and a 10 minute drive to the next stop where I have to walk about 10- 15 minutes to get to church. I did this every Sunday. Not because I had to go to church but because every Sunday I learned something new in the Bible that I could utilize in my life. Now that I am in the USA. I haven't been to church here and I've been here for 7 years. Sometimes I just feel like it wont be the same as the church I'm used to back in Ghana. But what I do everyday now is read the Bible and watch sermons every Sunday. I almost shifted away from the Word of God. But recent things in my life has made me realize in all situations, thick or thin, in light or in the dark I always have to give Thanks to the Lord! And reading the Bible everyday has better not only my day but my knowledge on how to use the Word of God to my lifestyle. And for that I and very grateful. Thank you Lord for all things in my life, whether good or bad. I Thank you!
