The Zenins in Shibuya are related as follows: Naobito is Maki and Toji's uncle (from his youngest and middle brothers respectively), Maki and Mai are Toji's 1st cousins (also why Maki and Mai look like Toji, their dads have the same eye shape that they all inherited), Megumi is Maki and Mai's 2nd cousin and Naobito's grandnephew.
Naobito's an interesting character because he represents equal parts good and evil of Jujutsu society. He's a jackass that doesn't care about civilians and embraces the more conservative aspects of the Big Three clans (hates Satoru for interfering with politics, treats Maki, Mai, and Toji like dogcrap), but he still respects them deep down and is willing to throw down if it means saving his allies. Also he likes anime as a hobby so I guess he's kind of chill in that regard.
Fun fact : Yuji and Choso's fight was inspired by indonesian's movie called "The Raid" Gege (JJK Author) used to admire the indonesian martial arts called 'pencak silat' when he watched those movie so he added it to his manga.
