Song choice is usually really good, but the main reason i like them better is because it showcases a lot more of the plot than it does in the first opening. The amazing new visuals and great new song make for epic openings! very much like Kill la Kill.

The saddest and most emotional moment in the entire anime being when a 17-year-old girl falls through the atmosphere naked due to her sailor uniform burning off right after she killed her mother who was actually an alien sewing cultist all along is very representative of Kill La Kill and Trigger in general
I love how so many trash on KLK for not "making sense" or being "logical". Gainax, aka Trigger essentially made this. which they also made Gurren Lagann and lets not forget -- Panty and Stocking. They are known for making over the top shows.
Because opening musics try to embody the vibe of the series they appear in most of the time, and so they have a feeling or a model to represent through the music
MssBarbaritaa I'm not going to argue that Kill La Kill wasn't a great and entertaining show, but it definitely should not be considered one of the best. The animation was flawed at times and the first half could have been spent way better in terms of building up the story and characters. However, most of the action scenes were well done and fun to watch.

Not me... I came here randomly. I've never even heard of kill la kill(before anyone asks, it's obvious what KLK stands for after looking at the other comments). Is that anime any good? and yeah I reckon this song is pretty good, even without having watched the anime it's for.
I started watching it a few months ago, and this anime is simply terrific. I love fast paced animes for lots of reasons. Multiple humor, weird random scenes (Mako) and just plain good action mixed in with drama, edginess and humor. Great soundtrack, too. Currently my favorite anime right now.
Kill la Kill brought me here. I love the anime, and this tune as well. Though I do not like the striptease in the anime, I loved it otherwise. It really is a well-made anime. And quite recently, I have developed a liking for GARNiDELiA, and this is the second song of GARNiDELiA I have listened to. I love this!

I like KLK, it was entertaining. However let's forget that for a moment shall we? This lady can sing and its fucking incredible. Don't believe me? Look at her other songs. If you like Jpop, Garnidelia is one you'll enjoy listening to. Its not just this song being badass for the anime, all her songs are like this.
Quincy Dowling If you like over the top silliness and very vibrant animations and colors, yes you should. If you enjoyed Gurren Lagen, you'll love KLK, its from the same author so you can expect the same thing. It has its emotion moments, just like any shounen anime. Also skimpily clad anime women so there's that too lol. But yes, you should try it, but don't have expectations for it from the hype, because that will ruin it. Its a series you need to go into with a completely clear and blank slate and just enjoy it for the crazy, silly ride it is.
Been waiting to see the full video for this song. Wasn't expecting to see so much Kill la Kill hate. Sure it isn't the best anime ever, but it's definitely one of the most enjoyable over the last few years, at least for me. Not to mention the soundtrack is pretty good.

this literally brought tears to my eyes because i didn't watch Kill la Kill in so long and it's my favorite anime ever, so now that i go back to it, it just brings back so many memories, i already watched it two times, it would be crazy to go watch it for the third time...right? 😳

MANNNNN I just continued watching Kill la Kill after years of abandoning it and I reached on the second part of the anime, boy was I actually shocked to hear the second op, I thought my ears were tripping but I was able to sense that this was sung by Garnidelia (sounded similar to Grilleto), and I was right! I love Garnidelia as much as I love Kill la Kill!!!! 😍😍

I love how so many trash on KLK for not "making sense" or being "logical". Gainax, aka Trigger essentially made this. which they also made Gurren Lagann and lets not forget -- Panty and Stocking. They are known for making over the top shows.

MssBarbaritaa I'm not going to argue that Kill La Kill wasn't a great and entertaining show, but it definitely should not be considered one of the best. The animation was flawed at times and the first half could have been spent way better in terms of building up the story and characters. However, most of the action scenes were well done and fun to watch.

I started watching it a few months ago, and this anime is simply terrific. I love fast paced animes for lots of reasons. Multiple humor, weird random scenes (Mako) and just plain good action mixed in with drama, edginess and humor. Great soundtrack, too. Currently my favorite anime right now.

I like KLK, it was entertaining. However let's forget that for a moment shall we? This lady can sing and its fucking incredible. Don't believe me? Look at her other songs. If you like Jpop, Garnidelia is one you'll enjoy listening to. Its not just this song being badass for the anime, all her songs are like this.

If you like over the top silliness and very vibrant animations and colors, yes you should. If you enjoyed Gurren Lagen, you'll love KLK, its from the same author so you can expect the same thing. It has its emotion moments, just like any shounen anime. Also skimpily clad anime women so there's that too lol. But yes, you should try it, but don't have expectations for it from the hype, because that will ruin it. Its a series you need to go into with a completely clear and blank slate and just enjoy it for the crazy, silly ride it is.
