I was out with my two German Shorthairs hunting grouse towards the end of December. The boys got into a few hares on a couple of different roads. They chased them for a bit, but the hares were able to evade the shorthairs. It did add a little excitement to our walks.

Yes it is. It has 1 acre out for the building area and the balance is in tree growth. A new plan is being written at the moment.

My dad has a hunting cabin on over 175 acres in Catskill mtns he put 3 prefab homes on it BRAND NEW mind you homes!!
He injured his back and couldn’t make it up there for over 2 yrs when he finally got there came to find out 3 families of squatters moved into each house it took ALMOST A YEAR to get them evicted thanks to the FINE NY LAWS that help the criminals not the victim all 3 brand new houses were completely destroyed!!!

Long ride to stores from here. There is a small store in Springfield, I am just not sure the ATV trail goes to there. There are ATV trails nearby.

Unfortunately they are not treated harsh enough. I believe he has just moved on to some other location.

I love your videos but I'd be a very hard no on this one.
The only thing worth putting into that house is a match. There's junk cleanup with biohazard risks. There's no timber on it. There is absolutely zero value or need in buying this land just to be next to a conservancy. Sorry.
