Switched from a shared plan to an unlimited plan and added a few lines and got the iphone 8 plus this past october to this day,i haven't been getting the credits for the one line and they have the phones under the wrong number on my plan.i have called support multiple times and they all said "we see the issues and we are going to fill out a form and get this corrected".But to this day nothing has changed.How can i this issue resolved? i really don't want to keep calling suport because nothing is happening.Any advice would help.
if they did a form on it.that takes time,they tell us for indirect,it could be month or two But Verizon will back credit you once it gets resolved.So once they get it fixed,your nearest bill will get all the missed credits.
It could be incorrect and unable to be corrected.Alot of reps can see what your talking about but hesitate to tell you that you were misled or they may outright lie to you to avoid a failed survey when another person is responsible.find whatever promotion it was that you were expecting credit for and read i can't imagine something that's correct and just mixed up in a way taking over 1 months to fix.It sound like it wasn't correct from the beginning and can't be corrected.I truly hope this isn't the case,but i know one guy who may be able to help,i met him through some friends and i was once in a situation like yours but he was able to sort it out for me in no time,i could send you his email if you want.

What I would give to have my LG Cosmos 2 and use it again. Still have so many good memories of it way back when. Shame that CDMA is dead, and there’s no DIY networks for it (currently)
Would you happen to know the different colors the Sprint Motorola KRZR came in? My brother had the Sprint black one back in the day but I remember seeing a bunch of colors at the Verizon store similar to the incredible red one in your video. Wondering if Sprint only offered the black one.
@@TonysPhoneCollection1 I looked online and couldn’t find much evidence for a Red version. Just some resellers but no oem boxes. The RED and blue KRZR were incredible. To this day most blue and red phones doing get the shades right like they did back then.
@@TonysPhoneCollection1 aw a shame :( at least there’s US Cellular CDMA in your state (and in mine) and they still have CDMA up. In fact, you can actually still activate US Cellular CDMA phones
Do those CDMA phones you buy still have their phone numbers in their settings list? A lot of CDMA phones were difficult or impossible to erase the number out of them after deactivation.
