Bodyslam is literally a living legend in Thailand and probably the biggest band of all time in Thai. Toon(the singer) was so famous that when I was a kid, I have some kind of thought that he is some kind of higher entity😅. Everyone in Thai know him and love him. If you want to check their song, I recommend "ยาพิษ" and you will see their musicianship in this one. And if you want to see how big they really are you can watch "แสงสุดท้าย live in คราม".

For what I could notice from BODYSLAM, their appeal is not the heaviness of their instrumentals. It's in the emotional charge of the lyrics and the tone of their main vocalist.
They're deserving of every success they're enjoying throughout the years, but I don't see it making it big between the metalheads, they're more of a rock band than a metal band. But asian bands are KILLING IT! They're great and should break out in the USA.

fun fact from thailand : 8-9 years ago, Toon, the vocalist of 'bodyslam' ran for charity that donated 44M USD (1,600,000,000 THB) to many hospitals.
I agree, this is what a collaboration should look like. The distribution of parts is well done, nobody is being overshadowed, and the voices work very well together. I'm not a Rap fan, but I like this.
There's a reason it's "F.Hero x Bodyslam x BABYMETAL" and not "F.Hero featuring Bodyslam and Babymetal" (or whatever order you'd like to put them in). Everyone gets to shine, this is pure collaboration. You take out one, the song doesn't work.
Thitiwat Rongthong (Mac), the composer of this song is the top-tier modern composer in Thailand. He also has his own band called The Darkest Romance and their entire discography is PURE GOLD. I highly recommend the song called Guilt if you are interested in his work.

Bodyslam was a band that has been around for about 20 years. They started out as a teenage pop rock and changing to emo rock later and developed until they have own sound. I suggest 5 song that describe their style.
1) ยาพิษ (mean poison) thier heviest song
2) dharmajāti , thier progressive rock song
3) แสงสุดท้าย , the most hit song , like a theme song of them
4) คิดฮอด (missing) another hit song that collab with thai tradition pop artist, it very unique style that famous in thailand.
5) วันสิ้นปี (Last day) song from new album, I like keyboard sound in personal.
And if you want to know them at the start , check 'สักวันฉันจะดีพอ (better someday)' you will suprise how pop they were 😂

The guy who actually wrote this song plays bass and sings in a band called "The darkest romance". I just listened to a few of their songs. One is called "เลย". Amazing prog metal. Absolutely sick track. Hope to see reactions to their songs.
As far as Bodyslam is concerned, I've been listening to them for many years. Here are a few of my favourites: ยาพิษ ("poison"), sticker and ความฝันกับจักรวาล ("the dream and the universe"). Enjoy !!

Yep, I think not having an official 3rd member since 2018 has stiffled the backup vocals a lot. I think this song plus Metali plus Momo doing growls at Legend MM is a really good sign that the next full BM will have some fun vocals from Moa and Momo

I think this is one of thecquestions, how much Studio help did Moa and Momo need to harmonize withbeach other. We know exactly that Su has a great voice, we know that Moa has a great voice too, but she does not want to be a Solo singer and we know that Momo's Voice works too, but rhe question how Well their voices work with each othervis still the question.
i grow up with Bodyslam music. He's legend. It would be the greatest honor for anyone to get to sign with him.

BODYSLAM is like THE nation's rock band in Thailand in terms of popularity and have been active since 2002. Their stuff isn't really heavy nor all that upbeat (but they do have some bangers like 'Yah Pit' (Bodyslam - ยาพิษ)) but they all convey a good meaning. The singer's voice is also very recognisable and the singer himself is a good guy having done marathons across Thailand to raise money and fund hospitals ~ I think most people in Thailand will at least have heard of him even though BODYSLAM's popularity is no longer what it was at it's peak but that's just Thai rock and metal which used to be THE mainstream genre, even more popular than some pop dare I say.

Popular with people for almost 20 years, this band is very dear to us. I would like to recommend the albums believe,save my life, Dharmajāti and Kram. They are my pride and idols. As for f. hero, I've heard that they used to be heavy metal, but I Not sure about his current status, but I've listened to some of his hip-hop rap songs. He's the top rapper in Thailand 🤘 As for baby metal I have listened to some But not a music fan But when I listened to this song, it made me start to like them more. It's awesome.
