Do mercs share your bonuses to stats? For example +fire dmg, does that add to initial molotov fire dmg?

Don't think so but Merc damage is so low that trying to scale it should be a natural dead end

no you keep your rapport with mercs for the season/mode (so if you switch to HC you would have to)

don't believe the quests appear until after the campaign but I could be wrong

Really dumb that you don’t level your merc in a group that is horrible I will be playing with my wife and that is a huge issue that we will only get one merc leveling and only at half rate
