I miss my old Subnautica base. It had crew quarters for 4, each with their own room, three different reactors, a huge indoor/outdoor garden with every type of plant in the game and a multi-level viewing area around the whole thing made of glass tubes. The garden was connected to a makeshift science lab and aquarium. I also had an indoor running track and a docking station for the cyclops - all built in a circle around the giant ghost tree. I was proud of that place. It took so long to build though and so many resource runs.

The giant mountain you were standing on was actually your last goal. Like, legitimately explore around it!
Fun fact: it says that the sea emperor is 1.4 km down, not 1.3. The leviathan in the lava zone is called the sea dragon, and it is immune to thermoblades. Reapers and sea dragons have 5000 health, while ghost leviathans have 8000.

FYI if your game glitches and makes you stuck, you can press esc and press the unstuck button so you dont have to reload your save

heres a hint to continue on the history:
in one of the rock formations on the lava zone theres an alien door which has information to continue
and alzo in the lava zone if you go deeper is something REALLY important
you can craft better depth modules for the prawn suit and cyclops
that was not the sea empero that was a sea dragon

The Prawn Grappling Arm actually makes avoiding the Sea Dragon sooooo easy. You can just launch yourself right past them.

you can get the cyclops on the lost river by going to the blood keelp area thats on the life pot 2
Also in the center of the mointain one alien facilitie
Your base might be flooding if you accidentally rammed it with your cyclops
