Very useful! I was under the impression that she "Needs" to be 290+ despite her base speed, but knowing that she can be used against slower comps is good for me to know and gives me an options without needing to use my fastest gear.
I've had Flidica for over a year now, though I've still not built her. I wouldn't mind building her, but I simply don't have the resources, and by that I mostly mean that I don't have the gear.
usually 2nd pick. how early you can draft a hero in RTA is purely dependent on how many exploitable weaknesses they have, and how many weaknesses those counterpicks have. because her only notable weakness is subpar top speed and low damage, 2nd is a safe enough spot. sometimes first if enough openers are banned.
Really want a better ring (either attack% or effectiveness) before I pull the trigger on her, the current one would only be like 14 after the reforge & it’s just not good enough. Can’t wait to have an opener that I can take into Adin though that’s not a non-attack pusher (who gets fucked by Celine/Politis).

nope. chip damage valuable at that speed and you just soulburn a book if you need to.
