This music is my first memory of EQ. Running the installer at like, 4:00 AM after one of my friends had told me about the game, and I made a late night run to WalMart _immediately_ after. I could not WAIT to get started. I had no concept of the idea of a video game patch, so, considering this was the era of 56k dial up, it was _days_ before I was finally able to get in.
Did you also try restarting the window thinking "This game doesnt play already"😅

I can't remember how many times I had to re-install EQ :P
To me this IS the theme to EQ. It seems just it was supposed to orginally be. This is most people 1st EQ song they heard cus it plays when Installing the original disk CDs. I'm pretty sure they stopped using it as install music when POP came around
It's also alot more mellow and magically then that overly loud happy theme they actually went it.
@KarasawaL30 I remember going LD on a boat. I found some sort of underwater city out there... and... a whole bunch of gnomes... Weird. Then I somehow made it back to land. I just swam in a random direction till I got there. I loved riding boats. XD
Plane of Sky sucked then, and it sucks now. Hate the zone with a passion.
