Approach and departure angle are a thing off road and this has horrible stats on both. It's too narrow for an APC that is supposed to carry soldiers inside, the wheels take up too much space making the interior too cramped, make it wider. The turret is a joke unless the vehicle moves in reverse and fires looking backwards. Either make it higher compared to the top of the vehicle or move it forward so that when it tilts down it has more angle to shoot, this is important when it hides behind a hill, climb to the top to peek and shoot and then retreats, which is a common tactic when taking advantage of the terrain. The ladder is not required, just some small steps build into the body and some small guardrails to grab on but it's doubtful soldiers would perch on an APC when it's entire point to exist is to carry soldiers inside, safely away from enemy fire. Also there is no reason for the turret to move towards the back of it and again impede with off road capabilities, not to mention it could be damaged and it would lose the usual sights it should have to allow the driver, gunner or commander inside to view the outside through periscopes or cameras. If they want to protect the turret from damage before it is required to fire, it might as well retract down into the upper part of the chassis.

The only cons I'd see this thing on is rough terrain

Lack of weapon optics and the details making aiming the weapon more awkward around the front and sides?
