Thank You. I have had some delays in finishing the trailer my son bought a house and I have been helping him with renovations hopefully I can get to it soon.
Good morning, Carl and congratulations on all your videos. I'm Marcos from Spain, I already told you once that I have an xj600s similar to yours. Even my 1 cylinder also had a temperature problem, solved by cleaning carburetors and changing spark plugs. Now it sounds great without fixing the clutch play, which happens to almost all XJ600s. Nothing more, just encourage you to continue making these wonderful videos.
Website shows "Unavail" but I went to HF during the 3 day 15% off anything $10 or more, and purchased this. I notched it down over $80 off price. It's sitting in my car still in the box, but I really need to get this put together haha. I plan on making a squaredrop from this trailer, as we had mostly did tent camping - but wanted to upgrade a bit. I don't plan on ever folding it, so will remove the hindles and bolt the sides together to make it much sturdier - but should be a fun project.
All is good. I have been very busy my son and his new wife bought a house and I did a renovation on it myself and had 3 months to get it done so I was working full time and doing that but it’s done now. Hopefully I get back to the channel soon. I hope all is well with you and your family. Have a Merry Christmas!!!🎄
Looking good. I will definitely be using loctite on the bolts. Have you ever used the Bearing Buddy system for the wheel bearings? Looks like a good system. Also, I'm trying to figure out a way to add a front wheel chock that's removable (so it can fold up) as well as a track tie down system. Are you planning on enclosing the sides of the trailer with 2X4's or anything? I've seen a few of these trailers with the swivel jack on one of the side tongue supports. Looks like it tweaks pretty easily. Have you thought about adding a support down the middle of the tongue to mount the jack? I'm still trying to figure out a ramp for this. kind of stumped on that. looking forward to your next segment.
Thanks I have alot I am thinking of definitely will be figuring out a removable wheel chock and I may possibly make removable sides so I can use it for other things but no matter what I do it has to all be removable. Working on it soon
Great video and excellent wiring job. Very much looking forward to the trailer customization.

Have you made the video of putting the deck on yet? Cant seem to find it.
Not yet I will probably be doing it in a couple of weeks. Thanks for watching
Thanks for the videos, been wanting to pick up a trailer but my local HF shows the 1720 lb trailer not available till Dec. How did you find one??
I bought mine and when I went home I saw the website saying out of stock till October. I must have bought the last one in the country.
Anyone have the dimensions of it, in its folded condition? (Never see that listed anywhere)
When I return home Sunday I will try and remember to comment dimensions folded . If I forget comment again and I will post
