YOU are absolutely AMAZING!!! I’ve been watching your videos for a couple of weeks now and not only is it unbelievable the amount of knowledge you have, but that you have time to share it with us! You have a full time job and a family with kids but yet you have a 6,000 item store on Poshmark, your own website,go scourcing, and have a TH-cam channel in which you share all that. You have such stupendous time management skills you could easily be teaching that on TH-cam as well! Keep up the hard work you do and thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping and entertaining us all .❤
On your Lamp, you should paint the concrete like portion to color that will be more vibrant such as a beach like vibe. Maybe a light blue or peach color with a stripe going in a 360 position of the center, or just add some beach type things all around but spaced out. It will add resale value to it, in the event you have buyers remorse. The wood lamp could use a new paint job too. based on your reaction in the video, you will most likely have buyers remorse. I would use an antique white with a distress look to it, or another color, but I do suggest getting a lamp shade that would resemble a light house, because the wood lamp kind of resembles one.
Hey Becky Park - Vionic is a brand that has speciffic ARCH supports in the shoes. That is why people buy them . I don't wear any shoes now that don't have arch supports. ABEO also doesthat. I know thatI wear a "metatarsal" insole, and there are several others - I have VERY HIGH arches and those shoes would be super great for me if they were my size. They used to be hard to find, but they are becoming more common as more people buy them - QVC showcases the shoes really well. So that "Weird" insole thing is what made that shoe more ecxpensive and special than other shoes. :)
Thank you for all the great information I was sent over here by a viewer of my channel because I post videos from these three Goodwill’s almost daily They were curious what my thoughts were on your take… And I think you’re spot on The hard goods tend to be a much better place to find deals at the first and third stops on your video
Great video! I am so glad you were able to find some great items! Absolute score on the Frye boots! I live about 30 minutes from the location you found them (east peoria) and have never done super well there. I know there are some people in the area that go there frequently and find great things. My personal favorite store is the second one you went to (university) and I went this Wednesday and found a Sezane sweater, Arcteryx pants, Cinq a Sept dress, mm laufler pants, nwt Patagonia jumpsuit, and more. I about passed out lol. The last store (pioneer) is the closest to my house and the brand knowledge is the best as they hired a brand reserch person and utilize the glass case more. I am very surprised they let those sorels through but resellers are smarter than the thrifts! You will have to let me know when you come next time! I hope the music concert was great!
You got super lucky picking up those Frye boots in E. Peoria for $7.99. That branch of Goodwill's that also has a store in Canton typically marks any good brands up pretty high! Are all the GW stores in Peoria & E. Peoria still closing early at 6 PM? They used to stay open till 8 pm, but ever since like 2021, I think they started closing at 6 PM.
Hi Becky, the Astoria Sylvia Jacket is called Loden. It's a boiled wool, so the fabric is thick and tight and super warm. The buttons look like the Austrian eagle symbol.
Becky, you can get some great home styling ideas from watching Laura Caldwell's TH-cam videos. I think she even separates them from her thrifting vids. She specializes in Mid-Century, but offers alternatives, too.
Awesome Frye score!!! I love finding that brand, they sell so quick for me. You’re so lucky they didn’t charge up for those! I see them here at my Goodwills for easily $20-$30.
Sweet deal on the Frye boots! I found my first pair of Frye flats for $4 yesterday and they look like they’ve never been worn. So excited to list them!
Ok so I've subscribed to you, Lori Tata and Hustle at Home Mom to be my virtual mentors as I prepare to launch my store. You've also got me thinking that I want to start my own little store to get around the fees because I only have a few items. I don't want to do a lot, I have maybe 50 items. I'm asking all of you the same questions, do you wash the clothes?
I love watching your hauls and seeing the banner with how much you paid and how much you might sell them for. In the future, however, do you think you can make the "Hope to sell" $ amount in a larger font (same as the paid $) so it stands out at a glance? Thanks!!
Just curious. Do you immediately enter all of your purchases into your inventory before it's listed? I am new to reselling. Thanks so much for all the knowledge you pass on to us!
The shoes you got were a great deal. I saw a pair of keen like what you got st a thrift in Kansas City and not great condition for $30. Also The cat jacket was awesome but surprise it was Blair cause it'd kinda a cheap brand.

I love coastal farmhouse! Blues, whites, natural colors, weathered wood. It will be gorgeous :)
Beautiful Frye Boots!!! Great Find! Black ones are considered to be "pebbled leather". Thanks for sharing your thrifting adventures !
You beat me to it! Lol. Yes, "pebbled". Score on this haul!!
Great buys with the Frye Boots. I luv the concrete liking lamp. Great haul.
That cat cardigan/jacket (?) is EVERYTHING
Thank you for all the great information

I love buying shoes! I'll have to start looking at more dresses!
You were in my area! Thanks for these videos, they’re so helpful! 💕
Wow!!! You found some great items!
Paint the wood lamp! I think if you painted it white with chalk paint - it will look great!

Stupid spell check! Not Astoria, Austrian.

The white lamp is classic Florida beach house! Does the wooden lamp match the boat steering wheel?
I used to live in Austria... that is a classic Austrian jacket! :)
Bruno Magli is a high end shoe , especially men's. It was the shoe OJ simpson had on during the murder of his wife Nicole Brown 😬😬
😂
Haha my first thought 💭 as well!!
😬
Allegedly

I saw an article about the history of Talbot, I think that is one of the brothers? I found a Talbott vintage piece at an estate sale.
Hello Becky, hope your day is well. Speaking about shoes, do you have a video on how you ship shoes & long boots? Thanks inadvance.
I fee the same way about athletic shoes! Very intimidating to me. But my daughter has an amazing eye for them
Always great information! Thank you!
Have you done the death pile? Wasn’t it a no buy/ low buy?
Sweet deal on the Frye boots! I found my first pair of Frye flats for $4 yesterday and they look like they’ve never been worn. So excited to list them!
The cat jacket is 😍😍😍😍😍
Looks great Kass.. Enjoyed video 😊
I found some fry boots, I was so excited, they wanted 29, but comps ranged from 50-120 so didn't want to take the chance.
Can you add in some clips about your organization in the back of 32:06 please?

And jacket too 😊
That cat jacket is amazing.
Loved this haul! ❤
I have about 4 pair of vionics sandals, sneakers which have been listed for 6 months or longer. No sure why they don't sell for me.
OMG Those Boots!!!! GREAT SCORE

I never go through tops because lower $ return. You would have a heart attack at our Goodwill prices in AZ.
My parents had that wooden lamp in our home when I was younger. I’m 40 now so that was 1980s-early 90s. 😂
Rewiring for safety might be a good idea.
I would paint or stain that lamp a different color
Do y’all get 20 percent off when you donate ? We do here in Canada
Love the cat story❤
I found a Vionic bootie yesterday at the bins, but couldn't find the other one. 😭
This was very motivational!

The "g" is silent in Bruno Magli, just sayin
I believe those keens are called Briggs
Did you sell the cat jacket?! I didn't see it on your website.
It sold within the first 15 seconds of the drop going live.
Love those sorel boots! What size are they?
8
It is pronounced Bruno MAW - LEE - the G is silent. Great Italian shoe company
Tevas good ❤❤
I think you could get $100 for the cat jacket.
PEBBLED
East Peoria! This Goodwill really don't have much when I go there.
its Su-rell
I thought you weren't thrifting???
Becky look up Lone Fox 💗💗💗
Sorry driving… Lone Fox for design inspiration ❤ on TH-cam
