I like the theory that that's why he's so nice to Bobby: He knows he fucked up with Hank but somehow Hank managed to make Bobby who Cotton thinks is great, Cotton even admits to Hank doing such a good job with Bobby at one point.

Can't remember the actor's name but he said for Cotton's voice he was going for an angry Ross Perot. I can kinda hear it. #2 was actually pretty honorable. Bobby accidentally started a fire in the church washroom lighting a match after he took a HUGE crap. (Trying to kill the smell) Cotton got blamed for it and was arrested, the church offered to drop the charges if he'd admit to it. Until Bobby was about to confess, Cotton stopped him knowing Bobby would be branded "stinky" for the rest of his life so he took the blame to protect Bobby figuring they'll go easy on an old man.
Toby Huss Also the voice for Joe Jack, M.F. Thatherton (except his first appearance when he was played by Burt Reynolds) and he was Laurie Strodes son in law in the 2018 Halloween.
My favorite Cotton moment is not reaaly comedy but when peggy breaks her back, he takes charge of her rehab and takes her to the cemetary to his burial plot so she could dance on his grave
It's so weird how things worked out with all the worst people in this show. I don't really hate Cotton as much as I think I should, but I hate John Redcorn and Nancy way more than I think the show wants us to, and Strickland I pretty much have to take on a case-by-case basis. I have no idea why I feel this way about any of them either.
