General SUMMARY

Iris becomes the assistant of a mysterious magician with the ability to grant any wish, in exchange for what the person loves most.
In this episode, they are visited by a Wolf Shifter named Kira. Chosen by fate, rejected by her alpha, it's up to wolfless Kira, a shifter who cannot shift, to save her pack. After having rejected his fated mate, her Alpha and the man she loves, Logan, goes mysteriously missing. Turns out, he has been cursed to remain in his wolf form and can only become human again during the full moon. Now, it’s up to Kira to figure out how to break the spell, while becoming the Luna of the pack that Logan never believed she could be. Can she prove him her worth to him before being rejected by her pack on top of her mate? How long can she and Logan hide their secret relationship?

That was a nice change of pace. Most werewolf books go a cliche path, but it was a nice fairytale story. Very much enjoyed the selection. Thx ❤❤❤

I enjoyed it. The only thing that really stood out is the rapid change of POV with no break, no notice. Only after a few sentences did i realize that the story was being told from a different person

I agree ,the gratuitous sex scenes are so cringe 😬😵
I totally get that! Personally i don't mind sex scenes and can even really enjoy them but in my opinion they need to serve the plot and move the story along. If it feels like they're just 'there' as a fun bonus then sure why not, but in that case i personally think they should be used sparingly. That's just my personal preference though, some of my friends LOVE them haha! :)

I am usually harsh on wolf shifter stories so the fact that I genuinely enjoyed this one is a pretty big deal. I even felt that the end was a little bittersweet because their mating kinda forces Logan to go back on his morals, which were an entire field of green flags!

I think it’s because while I do enjoy the fated bond trope and I know it’s a huge part of this genre, I often feel like realistically these bonds could bring in a lot of problems and I love to explore that in my stories. Like here ok she loves him but she’s much younger he can’t just ignore it ‘because bond’!

I know I didn't enjoy the fact that he knew he had a mate and yet he went and cheated on her with another woman. I think males can have some self-control
He isn’t cheating though. He and Kira aren’t together at the time. His whole thing is that he doesn’t want to be forced (or to force her) into a bond which is why he rejected her (and also because of her age). So he is technically free to do what he wants I believe. That said it does sting for Kira for sure!
The wolf he was cursed into didn't look like his wolf, his scent and everything was changed, he did not have multiple wolf syndrome lol, that was a good one tho.
This is my second time listening to this, and I almost skipped it when I realized I'd heard it before. However, it's got me hooked all over again!

I don't understand. His packmates don't know how their alpha looks in his wolf form or has he got multiple wolves. Like a "Multiple Wolf Form" syndrome. How can they not recognize their own alpha??
No they don’t recognize him because of the wish!! Normally he isn’t white and he can communicate with his pack in wolf form!
@@lilywritesstuff but that is not mentioned anywhere. Not even in the wish. He was only supposed to lose his humanity and turn to a beast if he didn't mate with the FL. That's what in the fairy tale too. This point is a bit ambiguous!
That’s true ! I don’t show the moment where the wish is made, so I could have mentioned it at the end to clarify that it was part of it! It felt obvious to me (cause yeah why wouldn’t they recognize their alpha otherwise lol) but that’s cause I have to entire story in mind, it’s really not obvious for a reader/listener! My bad!

I don't know if this counts as feedback but I think the 3rd person monologue is bad for the story. It's confusing to figure out who is talking because sometimes the voices change to indicate it's not one of the main characters talking
@@user-dv8cx5dr1j it absolutely counts thank you for telling me! I actually like it a lot like this to be honest, with a secondary character being the narrator (this allows me to use that same secondary character and narrator in all the stories from this same series, tying it all together in one larger narrative). But that said, others have expressed the same thought as you and you’re right it does complicate things. I do think it can work but it seems I need to work harder to make it clearer if I want to keep using this narrative method! And if I can’t find a way then… I might give up 🥲

The point of view seemed to switch between the shopkeeper and the lady 'nonwolf' wolf ... it made it hard to know who was speaking and confused the story. It was better than an AI narrator but having heard really great narrators that bring stories to life this one was too monitone sounding. I felt like i was jumping around and not sure who was who for most of it but it had a cute idea/story to it. I think it has potential to be a great story with some tweeking.

Eh. Not the best story. Doesn’t really flow well. And the narrator isn’t the much of a reader. Inflection in all the wrong places. Not impressed
