this is happening because your cream is not whipped properly. whipped until peak. your cream is too loose, liquidy

same! looks so easy on other videos. she made an honest video. I wonder if after more practice did it get easier?

Icing consistency is off, plus you can't leave a cake dome on and expect a crisp edge.

I believe your icing is too soft. But I feel like with practice it will be perfect.

Oh my god, have you never seen this machine?
The top floor must always be level.

Im sorry but what do you expect from a first time - perfect cakes when you haven't tried it before? It takes practice and lots of tries with failed frostings and what not, to make cakes. I'm sure it will become easier with time to use it if you don't give up

How did you keep your cake from sliding off?

Hey love I hope that you’re not too discouraged I watch the whole entire video and it was long but I’m interested in purchasing one myself I do want to let you know that there is nothing that we buy that the first time we use we are professionals at keep trying I do understand nowadays tall cakes are the trend so I advise you to split your cake do a 4 inch in a 4 inch to get that tall 8 inch cake and once you stack your cake crumb coat it throw it in the fridge so it firms up with you doing a smaller Cake you can remove the duct tape off the bottom without messing it up on that top blade I do understand the hassle and I know what you mean by you can have so many more cakes completely iced in the time that it’s taking with this machine everybody’s not skilled like that I’ve been doing cakes for a few years I believe my cakes are really nice but getting the sharp edges and perfectly iced is a challenge for me so let me know if you want to sell yours I am in the market I wanted to buy! But I do hope that you give it a few more tries

Your cake should be on the center of the turn table, and is underwhipped.

      Hi Good morning,
I have this exact machine and I've only used it one time and got discouraged lol
Do you have a video of a successful cake frosting with it?

@@strawberryandcakes8043I have used this machine many times, when I was working in Gujarat. I don't have any video, but I can suggest you to Whip your cream a little hard. Your cream is very loose. It will not hold the sponge. Which cream are you using?

Your cake is way too un-even. You have to straighten them out.
