This WMHB is ridiculous but I love it!!! this would've been a very interesting season if this ended up being it. A lot of the new systems I did not expect to form at all.

Do any of you guys realize that if Andrea didn’t form then Dorian would be called Chantal...
Here's potentially a good question.... When a storm causes enough damage eg. Dorian for the real/actual 2019 season (or Humberto for this What-might-have-been season), those storm names get retired.... But What happens if the storm that causes those kind of levels of damage are one of the ones using the Greek Alphabet? eg. Alpha, Beta, Gamma etc etc, obviously they can't be retired, or can they?
They can be retired for a particular reason but it can be used again if necessary in the future
