What a pleasure to enter the Amíg@s Channel.
Today I do not come with preparation Recipes, today I come to tell you about how wonderful this Rosemary plant is, which I use in many of our recipes that I share with you, also to tell you; In addition to what I have consulted in many sources, it has a lot of healing power for several of the ailments that afflict us daily and which I have been able to verify in my circle of relatives and acquaintances.
That if I clarify with Respect, that I do it only as Advice but I do not try to Impersonate Health Specialists.
I also share a simple way to grow it in a small space in our homes and if you can do it, that will be great.
