pretty worth it, if you wanna cheaper price and more vram for ultra settings u can get 3060 12GB vram or if u got some money u can get 4060 ti , other than that 4060 is a good option with the 7600 but u need to get DDR5 wiyh s bit more expensive board for the new socket

did you install the 4060 ti driver?
Your cpu clock speed is not too high, valorant and fortnite is a cpu demanding game.
Other than that ram speed and temperatures also matter.

Well yeah but not that big of a difference,u could overclock the 7600 in higher chances of overheating but u will get better fps than the 7600x

Literally any aftermarket one will be good enough. I have an old Asus one. It's got quite a large external antenna but it works well.

5600x is better, you wont get the same performance in cpu heavy games
