- What is up yall and welcome back to my channel! i know i have been gone for so long and i am so happy to be back!
I am finally bringing to you my rags to riches Sims 4 lp series. I have been waiting so long to finally do this and i am super excited, in todays episode we get settled into an abandoned house that we found and are trying to find ways to make as much money as we can to renovate the property.

I love the setup, with all the broken mess. It seems a lot harder than just nap on peoples sofas and harvest random stuff in the world. Really really cool!
Hey girl I just found your channel. I’m liking this so far. Just some pointers. There’s more stuff you can find like dirt piles and other frogs. If you breed them you get more money. Breed the more expensive ones. If you multi-select in your inventory you can sell everything that’s not sellable by itself. Don’t open little chests just sell them they’re worth more than the little stuff they give you. The plants let them grow and then harvest from them
since sis likes the beach and sand so much she could beach comb and dumpster diving is great also for extras. excited for the next episode 💜
This gameplay is so authentic, and realistic . I haven’t watched a sims let’s play in while- but definitely going tune in on this one ! Girl you have gained a new subscriber❤️

You can also click on the door of your house and click Disallow Solicitors, it stops people coming and the Welcome Wagon
also when you find the time capsules dont open them, they are worth more $70 than the dolls you might find in them! :)
I love this…a few suggestions…you could get two frogs and breed them and make more money with the new breeds. Also instead of deleting objects from the house, sell them, it could help make more money. I don’t stream but I’ve done this challenge and breeding the frogs helped a lot. Also if you’re going to give her the handy skill those upgrade parts will be needed once she gets to level 5 I believe. I loved watching you play and the house makes it that much more challenging. Can’t wait for the next video!!!

Get the recyclable trash can. That way when she throws stuff away, she gets money for it. Also maybe she can paint and sell the paintings for money. Also writing books and publishing them is a good way to make daily money
To me this rags to riches challenge is the most realistic that I’ve ever seen. Especially with the abandoned home. Great job #subscribed!
There are so many ways to make money. One of my favorites is dumpster diving. You can make big money selling those items you find. Then buy a easel and paint your heart out.
Hey girly, just a tip when you first load into a world digables a take a bit of time to spawn in, and if you want to make a garden you want to wait for the plants to grow and harvest them to plant if you uproot a plant your sim will just try to throw it away because its trash.
Just searched the Gallery the person who made it is called "MROLKAN" the house is called "abandoned house" published in 26/02-19
I never saw a sim getting bit by spiders until now. 😂
I’m so excited for this series!
If you have city living, go to the spice festival and harvest the herbs there to plant in a garden. Also grab the posters and whatever you can find out of the junk boxes that sometimes spawn there. San Sequioa is harder for r2r finding harvestables. Willow creek and Brindleton bay, oasis springs and Newcrest are pretty good for foraging.

You can have her dumpster dive a few times and sell what you find or money. Just found your channel.. Enjoying this LP so far.
I loved cleaning and redecorating this house a little at a time the floor in the kitchen was something else

Next time they ask if she likes hardiness say yes she will get good moodlets and stay in a good mood while repairing things also try to keeping the upgradeable parts considering the fact you're repairing the house it will increase your hardiness skill

To do it go to the bar that has a dumpster...order chips (free) then trash the bowl
I once found a stove, a bathtub and yellow dye...it gave me like 800 for the stove...1500 for the tub and 80 for yellow dye

Custom save files would come in clutch for this. At the parks they have gardens and you could harvest them then plant them at home
Something you can do is also rummage through the trash, you can find stuff fir 100$. Just a tip
Next time breed the frogs and sell the lowest once u get higher frog and u can keep breed them everyday to get money as well and them dirt piles are also digables..also buy a trash can. You have give whstever world u go to for digables time to spawn because the world u was in have way more digables thn that. You can only take cuttings from the trees not uproot them bu give them time to grow amd just harvest them like it takes a min for them to grow but they do.

Just a tip, you can buy stuff from your phone but not everything you can from a computer. Also her phone is how she got video gaming skills and when you press plant for one plant they will plant all.

Search and breed the frogs (once you have two frogs in your inventory) for consistent money. Scavenge for parts after you repair an object to get more money. Fish in the back pond of Oasis Springs for potential cowplant berries and violins. Grapes and blackberries earn alot of money from gardening. I think I might subscribe if this series is good. I'm liking it so far.
I would sell what I can in the house like the two beds chairs etc and go from there

I don't think it's 'realistic' for her to rebuild the house when it's an abandoned house. Won't the 'owner' kick her out later? But i do think patching up the crack and refunishing would be great
