I remember visiting the Uffizi a few years ago, and I was in awe. I probably spent even more than three hours in there. Great tour!

Pizza and beer, a perfect pair like a double espresso and a croissant.

Correct, pairing pizza with wine would be a colossal sin in Italy.

There were always commercials on the radios 40 years ago when i was there : are you worried about your hair ? (in italian, of course) yes, and then i saw many men had not so much hair left. Is it still like this ?

Hi Jack .As i told you I lived in Italy for a while . And of course I visited the beautiful city of Florence or Firenze in Italian. Did you know that de Medici actually hanged three of their rivals from the hall of the 500 hundred building. They attended to do a coup against De Medici and the Republic . Florence as you mentioned is the heart of the new European century and the democracy we explore in todays Europe if you aske me . That's because De Medici were not Lords or the traditional land owners which ruled Europe throw the churches and Monarchs . De Medici where from the (Borger) class, the new class that was getting stronger in Europe . They ruled Florene as a Republic for many centuries .... Ok enough with history The main differences between Rome and Florence are...Florence is very clean and very well organized city in contrast to Rome . It has less criminality and you fell more safe ,and the people are very very very nice .But of course Italy is an expensive country

Thanks a lot! Yes, I could talk about the Renaissance and the Medici rule for hours, it's just such a fascinating part of history.

@@mussajavdan8203 Yeah I've been to Italy more times than I can count, maybe 50 trips in total and I always return to Florence because I love soaking in the art and architecture.
