You don't need a new season char, you can do the "breaking limits" quest with an old season char and and old PEN tuvala gear.

@@Potato.Gamers yeah it does. when the update was out I already had a season character. didnt even graduate that character and just did the quest on another alt. the key item is the graduation cap. need to have it on the non season character

I pityed every enchant pen to dec.... atleast didnot loost a single fs but it costed me around 7600 crons and around 600 memory with (im not sure about this) around 700-800 stones.

Did you have this hat "Graduation Cap" if yes maybe wait a little time and try one more accept quest because my friend have this same problem and wait a few time and quest showed up by himself

Press O and turn on all quests.

Convert the Black Star weapon from other classes to a class you want using "Weapon Exchange Coupon" (either Main or Awakening or Sub).
Just login the character you want to equip the BS and do the conversion

You get a sealed box pen bs, so you recibe a weapon for the class you open the box with.
Also, sovereign weapon quest take any 2 pen bs (both have to be main or awakening) and you recibe a sovereign weapon for the class you craft the weapon with.

The sov weapon shown in the video is an awakening, awakening weapons have way less accuracy than main hand:
Main hand Blackstar PEN: 212 Accuracy
Awakening Blackstar PEN: 12 Accuracy

To make Sov is needed main quest Loml full done or even new player can just make Sov if 2 pen blackstars are in possesion? And it can be any type of pen blackstar weapon, like sub weapon or main weapon from other class?

Probably must have Main quest but I dont know on 100%.
About weapon now you can craft only Main and Awakening Weapon sub weapon no and the best try have 2 the same type/class weapon I mean 2 Awa/Main Lahn/Ranger/Witch/etc weapon (for test I have 2 AWA Blackstar for Lahn).
Use special coupon to convert weapon from another class to your. Use this Promo Code "GRAT-EFUL-TENY-EARS" and u will receive "Weapon Exchange Coupon Box".

@@Potato.Gamers So we got tet blackstar main and pen ava weapon, if I make pen main and enhance another pen main can I use main pen blackstar and pen ava to make ava sov weapon? That way I can use extra pen blackstar main weapon, and for now use Xtuvala chance to get pen main and put tet blackstar to storage. As for sub weapon, idk if it;s worth to take pen blackstar one, have pen and plan to capras it to +20 :/

As someone who made their own kharazad ACCs I would say it's about the same price. But i would suggest you do the tuvala route just to avoid enhancing.
