Today In amma chethi Vanta we prepare a delicious famous hyderabadi restaurant style biryani gravy recipe/onion salan for biryani .It is very easy and quick recipe which tastes good.It is also called sherva/seruva recipe for biryani in some places. It is best combination with vegetable biryani,mushroom pulao....

Ginger garlic paste 1 Tsp
Turmeric 1/4 Tsp
Red chilli powder 1 Tsp
Coriander powder 1 Tsp
Garam Masala Powder 1 Tsp
Tamarind 1 Lemon sized
Salt to taste
