Alien Dave at the Treasure Hunter's Rendezvous 2022 - Abductions, Owls, Genetics & the Dark Bargain

Alien Dave gave a lengthy talk at the Treasure Hunter's Rendezvous in 2022. In this segment, he talks about the human abduction agenda, implanted false memories involving owls, seeing beyond the worker bees to the aliens supervising the activity, and the Dark Bargain struck between the US Government and the Aliens for wet/dry technology transfer. A lot of this does not really pass muster to me, but Dave is a serious student of the phenomena, so I present this for your consideration since I happen to have the footage.
