      Go look up AEV High Mark fender flares for the Colorado ZR2. If you think this is bad that will make you shit yourself.

    I have an old 82 wagoneer and would like to put these flat flares on it...I've seen a few with the pocket flares and they look good but I think the flat ones offer a more classic look...since there are some differences between an XJ and mine, I really need to do a little more research.

    How are you supposed to attach the forward inner flare support on the rear without hacking up the Jeep? Video didn't cover that part

      Tyler Clause, Have you figured it out, I’m in the middle of installing them and I’m not sure what to do

    The rear is about 50% shown here. The new holes are in a location that makes it not possible to attach the nut to the bolt because of the wheelwell. How do you do this? Cut into the wheel well?

      Yeah I'm done with the front but the rear have no instructions on how to reach the back holes unless I make a huge hole

      They now use a “tufloc” for the rear bottom holes. They’re basically a little plastic plug with a plastic screw that expands the whole thing

    Hey buddy I have a 2 inch ome suspension in my XJ and 31x10.5 15 tires. The tires are too big and I wonder if the flat fender flares improve my situation in the terrain. what idea do you have for me? Sorry for my bad english ... Greetings from Germany!

      I know you posted 2 month ago so I don't know if you fixed your problem. The flats would help because you are enlarging your fender. One thing to consider is to get larger rear shackles and spacer up front to give a little bit more lift. I have a little more than 3 inches of lift and at full tuck my 31s hit the fender still so I just ordered these and that should solve my issue.

    • @Quadratec
      @Quadratec  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      These won't work if that's the case, you'll have to look for another option.

      These are available for the Wrangler LJ as well. The install on the Wrangler doesn't require any trimming. It's a simple bolt on install. www.quadratec.com/products/12506_440_07.htm
