- National Institute of Technology Surat (SVNIT or NIT Surat), is a public technical university established by the Parliament of India in 1961. It is one of 31 National Institutes of Technology in India recognized by the Government of India as an Institute of National Importance.[6] It is the Anchor Institute for the Auto and Engineering sector and will be training the workforce.[7][8] The project is also designated as the "Center of Excellence under Technical Education Quality Improvement Program" in water resources and flood management[9] and is supported by the World Bank.[10]

I completed Degree in Mechanical engineering in 1981. I had visited the campus only in 2014. Now the campus has been developed like no other. I became nostalgic about my five years there as a very young guy. Very happy for taking me back to my campus.

And yes tournaments hote rehte hai you can take part rainy season me esa hojata h but badme sahi hojayega and football kafi log khelte hai...canteen cements par

Comparing other branches its hard like circuital branches h poora core padhogay tum ,which eventually will be boring but no other option lia hai to karna padega ! Time toh milega 1st 2nd year me 3rd year se bilkul nai milega! But u will manage no worries all the best🤞

Bits ki college life bahutt awesome hogi but its private so you will have to pay a big amount of fees so my suggestion will be svnit cse only it a great option too✨

Seems purposely Nehru Bhavan outside walls very bad. Very big and good campus, but roads seems very poor and hostel , road side grills painting not done from ages. Could be much more beautiful place.
Yaaa with time everything will get settle, actually it doesn't matter much what matter is how your friends circle is going to be you will enjoy in a place which is closed from ages like when you explore which you will get in whatever nit you will get into all the best 🌟
