1:10. for me if I forget to claim them it just goes into the system tab in my inbox, same for Battle Honors. Also I've found that for resource collection they don't count as "collected" until you log on, which is pretty nice because if you undershoot by a bit you can just log on right as the day starts and those resources will count in the day. It's also nice for the two jurisdictions because I'm in PST so I wake up right as the second resource collection jurisdiction starts so as long as I log in during what's 8am-12pm(9-1 if daylight saving is active) for me, I get 2700 gold from the trucks I sent right before I went to sleep.
